New York, NY (Monday, June 1, 2026) – The Gotham Film & Media Institute tonight announced the winners of the third annual Gotham Television Awards at a ceremony held at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

Winning the Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series was DTF St. Louis. The series also won Outstanding Supporting Performance in a Limited or Anthology Series, awarded to David Harbour. The Outstanding Lead Performance in a Limited Series, was awarded to Michael Shannon for his role in Death by Lightning.

Winning the Breakthrough Comedy Series was I Love LA. Outstanding Lead Performance in a Comedy Series was awarded to Tim Robinson for his performance in The Chair Company. Laurie Metcalf won Outstanding Supporting Performance in a Comedy Series for her role in Big Mistakes.

Pluribus took home the Breakthrough Drama Series award. Outstanding Lead Performance in a Drama Series was awarded to Chase Infiniti for her performance in The Testaments. Babou Ceesay won Outstanding Supporting Performance in a Drama Series for his role in Alien: Earth.

Winning the Breakthrough Nonfiction Series award was Katrina: Come Hell and High Water.

The Outstanding Original Film, Broadcast or Streaming award was Reflection in a Dead Diamond.​Corey Michael Smith took home Outstanding Performance in an Original Film for his role in Mountainhead.

Additionally, The Gotham presented Claire Danes with the Performer Tribute, The Duffer Brothers with the Visionary Tribute, Michelle Pfeiffer with the Legend Tribute, Kerry Washington with the Spotlight Tribute and the cast of Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette with the Ensemble Tribute.

Tonight The Gotham also announced The Gotham’s Series Creators to Watch this year in partnership with Series Fest highlighting emerging series creators whose work reflects bold creative voices within the evolving television landscape. The creators selected include Kim Blanck, Jahmil Eady, Shaina Feinberg, Gideon Grody-Patinkin, Grace Hanna, Elvira Ibragimova, Derek Manansala, Hannah Shealy,Tyler Stuart, Celine Sutter, and Ewen Wright. Creators will have the opportunity to attend Gotham Week taking place September 27 through October 3 in New York City, where they will have access to participate in bespoke intimate industry sessions in addition to networking opportunities with the filmmaking community.
